Remuneration for the effect depends on increased revenues and ROAS, e.g.:
+ 5% from increased revenue when ROAS <1200%
+ 7% from increased revenue when ROAS => 1200%
Remuneration for creating and running campaigns is calculated separately.
ROAS is calculated from all paid traffic sources.
Assumptions for the E-commerce Manager function
- We determine the minimum ROAS from all traffic sources.
- We calculate the average value of revenues and the average basket of the last months.
- We adjust (decrease) the value of revenues by the value resulting from the increased, spent budget. We assume that revenues grow by X times in relation to costs – directly proportional to the budget for paid advertising campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, Criteo, Microsoft Advertising).
- We measure revenue in Google Analytics or another analytics program.
- Revenues are adjusted (decreased) by the increase in the prices of goods.
- We do not adjust revenues for those from price reductions.
- Natural changes in the value of revenues resulting from seasonality are adjusted by the agreed percentage value.
- Services with a 6-month or longer payback period (e.g. SEO, engine/UX/UI) will not be included in the budget on the basis of which the ForPage remuneration is calculated, i.e. these costs will not be included in the costs being the basis for the calculation ForPage compensation or ROAS. A separate budget for “strategic” investments should be allocated for this purpose.
